Affordable Flooring is a locally owned and operated, full-service flooring contractor and retailer. We have been serving Las Vegas and surrounding communities since 2007. After an extensive search we decided to go with Affordable Flooring for our Porcelain Tile and LVP project. We work from home, so it was crucial that the project be completed according to the specifications and schedule we provided. AF completed 2000 sq ft and stairs (we even included another room mid project because their work was so excellent) a day ahead of schedule without any disruptions to our jobs. Meet the Team

Mike Boulant

Owner

Mike, along with his wife Tiffany, have owned Affordable Flooring since 2017. Mike and Tiffany have 4 children, ranging in age from 13-19. Before taking over ownership, Mike worked for Mohawk Industries as a Territory Manager, covering Southern Nevada. Growing up, Mike enjoyed playing soccer, and played competitively until about 10 years ago. Outside of work, Mike has always had an interest in aviation and in 2020, earned his Private Pilot Certificate. Taking his family on trips to Catalina, Sedona, and other unique airports has quickly become his favorite pastime.

Tiffany Boulant

Owner

Tiffany has played an active role in the business since 2018, after spending the previous 4 years as a Kindergarten teacher. Teaching has always been her passion, and that carries over into how she interacts with clients. As a youth, and into her teenage years, Tiffany was a competitive pianist. To this day, playing the piano is still one of her favorite things to do. When not working, Tiffany loves to fly around with Mike and the kids, go boating, or ATVing.

Mia Cantrell

Operations

Mia runs our operations and keeps the sales machinery, behind the scenes running smoothly. She’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone as she makes courtesy calls and schedules installations. She has an aquatic collection of gilled friends on her desk and enjoys spending time with her three happy dogs.

Mike Buchanan

Estimator

Mike is our in-home estimating whiz who has decades of experience in the flooring industry under his belt. Our man on the scene has been with Affordable for over three years and is a big foodie who enjoys good food and drink with his loving wife.

Eddie Rios

Field Supervisor

Eddie has been running our stellar labor crews and supervising their jobs for close to a decade. When he walks your job, you can rest assured that his high standards of install excellence will ensure that the job is properly completed. A native of Chicago, he’s an avid Bears fan and he enjoys spending time with his family.

Braedon Buchanan

Warehouse Associate

Braedon a our warehouse manager and sales assistant at our showroom. For over a year his organization skills have kept our inventory management and dock service a smooth operation. When not assisting the best showroom in Vegas he enjoys football & exploring the culinary delights Clark County has to offer.

When you stop by the showroom, you will not find commissioned sales people with an agenda of their own. You will be working directly with the owner or other team members who will ensure that you have a positive experience and your job is done well, the first time.
